How to make a complaint
You can make a complaint either by talking to our patient coordinator on the telephone, by meeting her personally, by writing on the feedback form or by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org Whenever you do so, please be clear in what you would like to convey, so that we may act on your suggestions or complaints.
Please make your complaint or give your suggestion, no later than one week. This helps to deal effectively with the issues, and also helps to identify the contributing factors that may then be rectified.
