Cornea & Ocular Surface Service
Comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of corneal and ocular surface disease — from dry eye, allergy and infection to keratoconus, dystrophies and corneal transplantation — at Suraj Eye Institute, Nagpur.
About Our Cornea & Ocular Surface Service
The cornea is the clear front window of the eye and provides most of its focusing power. Our cornea service diagnoses and treats the full range of corneal and ocular surface disease, supported by Anterion swept-source OCT imaging, modern microbiology and a dedicated eye bank.
Our care spans the ocular surface (dry eye, meibomian gland disease, allergy), corneal infections, the ectatic disorders and dystrophies, and the full range of corneal transplantation — lamellar (DALK), endothelial (DSAEK and DMEK) and full-thickness (PK).
